Duck gizzard salad, grilled red meat, fresh goat cheese. Japanese cuisine: lean Wagyu steak, lightly sweetened sukiyaki, beef shigureni and duck roast. Thai cuisine: mild Massaman beef curry, mu yang, braised beef and dishes with a rich demi-glace-style sauce.
