Marked by red and even black fruits, with notes of cocoa, tobacco and spices emerging over time.

Taste

Beautiful complexity, a very fruity side, the tannins are present and silky.

Pairing

Will perfectly match with a platter of cold cuts, white or red meat, cheese. Japanese cuisine: lean Wagyu steak, lightly sweetened sukiyaki, beef shigureni and duck roast. Thai cuisine: mild Massaman beef curry, mu yang, braised beef and dishes with a rich demi-glace-style sauce.
