About Bacchus Global
Bacchus Global Co., Ltd. imports, distributes and retails Japanese sake, shochu and Japanese spirits, together with French wine, in Thailand. The company was established in Bangkok in 2010 and works directly with breweries and distilleries in Japan and with wineries in France. Our main business is wholesale to corporate clients. The operating company for each venue is listed below under “Three venues and their operators”.

Directly imported from producers
From sake, shochu and umeshu to craft gin and whisky, we import directly from breweries and distilleries in Japan. We also import wine directly from wineries in France.
Temperature management by product and logistics stage
We arrange from stock we manage within Thailand, so orders reach you without import procedures on your side. For Japanese sake, Bacchus Global manages storage and transport conditions according to each product and logistics stage. Setpoints and handling conditions may differ across storage in Japan, international transport, arrival handling in Thailand, warehouse storage, and final delivery. We therefore do not state that one temperature applies continuously to every product and stage. Public information is updated from verified operating records and product-specific storage instructions.

Nadaya Saketen opens in Thaniya Plaza, Silom. A traditional liquor retailer built around range and product knowledge.
Salon du Japonisant opens on Sukhumvit 39. A bar creating original omakase cocktails built on Japanese spirits.
KOUJI ALCHEMIST by Salon du Japonisant opens at Velaa Sindhorn Village, Lang Suan. An authentic bar built around koji and fermentation.
Three venues and their operators
Nadaya Saketen and Salon du Japonisant are operated by Belta Corporation Co., Ltd. KOUJI ALCHEMIST is operated by Bacchus Global Co., Ltd. The two companies are under common ownership; neither is a subsidiary of the other.
Nadaya Saketen — Silom
A traditional liquor retailer. The focus is range and product knowledge.
Salon du Japonisant — Sukhumvit 39
A bar creating original omakase cocktails built on Japanese spirits. Our own stock adjoins the venue, and bottles are also sold through staff.
KOUJI ALCHEMIST by Salon du Japonisant — Lang Suan
An authentic bar. The focus is koji and fermentation.
