About Bacchus Global
Bacchus Global Co., Ltd. imports, distributes and retails Japanese sake, shochu and Japanese spirits, together with French wine, in Thailand. The company was established in Bangkok in 2010 and works directly with breweries and distilleries in Japan and with wineries in France. Our business is primarily wholesale to corporate clients, alongside three venues in Bangkok.

Directly imported from producers
From sake, shochu and umeshu to craft gin and whisky, we import directly from breweries and distilleries in Japan. We also import wine directly from wineries in France.
Held in Thailand under temperature-controlled transport
We arrange from stock we manage within Thailand, so orders reach you without import procedures on your side. For sake, we maintain a cold chain at a constant −5°C from the brewery through to the restaurant table — the first cold chain of its kind established for imports into Thailand.

Nadaya Saketen opens in Thaniya Plaza, Silom. A traditional liquor retailer built around range and product knowledge.
Salon du Japonisant opens on Sukhumvit 39. A bar creating original omakase cocktails built on Japanese spirits.
KOUJI ALCHEMIST by salon du japonisant opens at Velaa Sindhorn Village, Lang Suan. An authentic bar built around koji and fermentation.

A bar creating original omakase cocktails built on Japanese spirits. Our own stock adjoins the venue, and bottles are also sold through staff.
KOUJI ALCHEMIST by salon du japonisant — Lang Suan
An authentic bar. The focus is koji and fermentation.
