Brewed in the karakuchi (dry) style, it presents a clean, layered character with a smooth texture and a sharp, refreshing finish — versatile across a wide range of serving temperatures.

Culinary affinity: Broad food compatibility — traditionally associated with grilled fish, tempura, fatty meats, aged cheese, and dishes using butter or olive oil. Serves well chilled or gently warmed.
