Born from a frost-damaged harvest, this Loire white blends estate fruit fermented with native yeasts in underground concrete tanks — a quiet study in resilience from one of Muscadet's biodynamic growers.

DOMAINE LE FAY D’HOMME X Bulles N.V.

On a stretch of ancient gneiss soil near the Atlantic, Vincent Caillé stopped using synthetic sprays — and protected wild tulips quietly reappeared among the rows. X Bulles grows from that recovery: a gently sparkling wine shaped by wild yeasts and the sea air of Pays Nantais, bottled with barely any intervention.

WARIS-HUBERT Sophos

Named after the Greek word for "wise," this cuvée grows in a single Grand Cru plot in Avize called Les Maladries, where Chardonnay vines have stood for ninety to a hundred years. The 2016 harvest was marked by late frost and mildew pressure, cutting yields but concentrating what little fruit remained. Tilled by horse in the old way, the vineyard yields grapes that are fermented in oak and given years of quiet cellar time before release.

WARIS-HUBERT Blanche Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut Millésime 2017

Named by the owners of Waris-Hubert for their newborn daughter Blanche, this cuvée is built entirely from Chardonnay grown in Avize Grand Cru. After a long rest on its lees and a restrained dosage, it emerges less as an aperitif pour and more as a Champagne meant to hold its own at the table.

WARIS-HUBERT Succulente Rosé Premier Cru Brut

Succulente means lush, juicy — and this Waris-Hubert rosé lives up to its name by letting white grapes lead. Chardonnay from the chalk slopes of Grauves meets whole-cluster Pinot Noir from Bisseuil, two Premier Cru villages whose contrasting characters come together in a rosé built around red-fruit aromatics and a fine, fruity frame.

WARIS-HUBERT Estence Premier Cru Extra-Brut 2020

Estence takes its name from an Old French word meaning 'to sparkle' — and stands apart in the Waris-Hubert range as the house's only cuvée to bring Chardonnay and Pinot Noir together, grown on the Premier Cru slopes of Grauves.

Named for the heraldic emblems that define a house's identity, Armorial channels the character of Waris-Hubert through a single village south of the Côte des Blancs — where sandy, sun-warmed soils coax a fuller, fruit-driven expression from Pinot Noir.

VINCENT CHARLOT Le Rubis de la Dune Rosé de Saignée Extra-Brut Bio Millésime 2014

A rosé de saignée shaped by a single plot called La Dune, where sand, flint and iron-veined clay meet old vines. Vincent Charlot describes its texture as 'en dentelle' — lace-like, quietly assertive and slow to unfold in the glass.

VINCENT CHARLOT Cuvée 1957 Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut Millésime 2017

In 1957, a Champagne family planted a small plot of Pinot Meunier in Mardeuil. Three generations later, Vincent Charlot lets those old vines speak on their own terms — farming without machinery, fermenting without shortcuts, and giving old-vine Meunier the full frame of a single-varietal Blanc de Noirs.

On a trip to Japan, Alsace winemaker Clément Klur spotted a small beckoning cat in a souvenir shop — and brought the idea home in a glass. That whimsical spark became Manekineko, a Crémant d'Alsace that keeps its Alsatian soul intact while carrying a quiet nod to Japan in every pour.
