My return to Fillets at One Bangkok was unforgettable. Located on The Storeys’ 3rd floor, it offers an “Anatomy of Taste Theatre” under Chef Randy’s masterful touch. He guided us through inventive appetizers, fresh sashimi, cooked dishes, sublime sushi, and heavenly desserts. The special Wakaze pairing, a French-born sake, accentuated each bite.
