Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste is also in Pauillac, is listed as a Fifth Growth in the 1855 Classification, and includes Grand-Puy in its name. The official sources checked for this page do not establish that the two properties are the same hill, the same cadastral unit, or that they separated from one estate in a particular year. Their connection is the shared name element; their present ownership and operating histories are separate.
