A one-litre Junmai Daiginjo, blending 20% and 35% polish and matured for five years.

A 9:1 blend, matured for five years
Yamada Nishiki components polished to 20% and 35% are blended in a 9:1 ratio and matured below freezing for about five years. The distinctive 1,000 ml bottle is hand-crafted and comes with a presentation box. Maturation layers added depth into the aroma and texture.
Rose, peach and papaya, with a deep, silky mouthfeel

Aromas of rose water, mango, peach, papaya, sweet rice, nougat, honey, maple and lemon sherbet build into a layered bouquet shaped by years of maturation. The mouthfeel is silky and rounded, followed by a clean finish.
Sabae, Fukui — since 1860

Verified international recognition
