KINRYO YUZU-SHU is a Japanese yuzu liqueur from Nishino Kinryo in Kagawa. Made with a fermented-alcohol base and 45% natural yuzu juice, it contains no artificial sweetener or coloring according to the producer's materials. Bottled at 8% ABV in a 500 ml format, it balances vivid citrus aroma, a clean dry edge, and a naturally textured finish.

Culinary affinity: Serve it as an aperitif with oysters, ceviche-style seafood, grilled fish, or spicy Thai dishes, where the citrus helps lift richer flavors. It also works well in light citrus-led cocktails.
