ARAGOSHI Yuzu is a premium Japanese yuzu liqueur by Umenoyado. It is an 8% ABV, low-alcohol liqueur finished in an aragoshi-style (roughly pressed) approach that leaves selected yuzu flesh and citrus character in the finished liquid. Made from domestic yuzu combined with sake and distilled spirit components, it delivers a bright, juicy citrus profile with a soft, approachable finish and distinctive texture that works well in simple and food-forward service. It is available in 720ml and larger formats, and is designed for easy rotation in bar, restaurant, and catering contexts.

Culinary affinity: Its bright citrus-forward profile and soft texture pair well with grilled fish, steamed or grilled poultry, shellfish starters, mild Thai curries, and dessert pairings with citrus, cream, or nut tones. It also performs well when served chilled over ice, or diluted in soda/tonic as a refreshing aperitif-style drink.
