TSURUUME YUZU is a Japanese yuzu liqueur from Heiwa Shuzo, made in Wakayama, Japan, and expressed through its Heiwa line as a premium “Tsuru-ume” style fruit liqueur. It is built on 2-year aged junmai sake as the base and uses a high fruit-content approach with Wakayama yuzu, giving it a distinctive bright citrus fragrance, clean citrus acidity, and a rounded, smooth finish. At about 7.0% ABV, it has a soft but focused profile suited to both neat and chilled dilution service.
