SHIO YUZU / CITRUS is a 7% ABV Japanese yuzu liqueur from Kitajima Shuzō in Shiga Prefecture, blending domestically made yuzu with their house-made junmai sake base and traditional sea salt from Izu Oshima. The profile is vivid citrus with a savory mineral edge and a clean, rounded finish, making it ideal as a distinctive low-to-mid-strength aperitif and cocktail modifier.

Culinary affinity: The bright citrus and mineral-salt balance works well with fish, shellfish, grilled poultry, and Thai dishes with mild spice where a lifting, palate-cleansing note is needed.
