CHILL GREEN Bitter & Tropical is a 25% ABV honkaku barley shochu from Hamada Shuzo, with Galaxie hops providing its defining aroma. Made with barley koji, it unfolds in two stages: bright citrus and tropical fruit appear first, followed by moderate herbal bitterness and a gently sweet-spicy shochu backbone. The style is approachable for guests who are new to shochu while retaining enough structure for craft-spirit service.
Culinary affinity: The pink grapefruit and passion-fruit profile, with soft hop bitterness, pairs well with grilled pork, tuna and white-fish dishes, fresh seafood salads, sandwiches, roasted vegetables, and Thai dishes with herbal or citrus accents.
