It uses a **Botanial** style production concept where citrus-spirited botanicals (including marigold-like Magao notes) are integrated during fermentation, rather than simply added after distillation, and then balanced through a refined blend. The result is a bright, lively sake of the shochu category with clean acidity, a spritzy-cocktail-ready profile, and a character that bridges Japanese base spirit and craft-spirits style drinking habits.
