Newsletter information updated: 19 September 2026.
Bacchus Journal is sent by Bacchus Global Co., Ltd. in English, twice monthly, for readers aged 20 and over. We use your email address, consent record and subscription status to confirm your request, send the newsletter and manage your preferences. Your subscription begins only after you click the confirmation link emailed to you.
Brevo processes registration and email delivery on our behalf. The registration form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. When you open the form, Brevo and Google process technical information such as IP address and browser information for delivery and security. This may involve processing outside your country.
Individual email opens and link clicks are not tracked unless you separately consent. Newsletter subscription consent does not itself provide consent to individual tracking. Delivery and security records may still be processed.

You can also contact us about access, correction or deletion of your data. We retain subscription information while needed to provide the newsletter. Minimal consent and suppression records may be retained where needed to respect opt-outs, document requests and meet applicable obligations.

Images showing people are excluded and not stored. Images may be processed on our behalf by an AI service provider (OpenAI) under a data processing agreement. We delete these images and links within 14 days and never republish them. To ask about or request deletion of such data, contact info@bacchusglobal.co.th.
