Kitanishiki, ultra-soft spring water and a gently full Junmai shape.

The quiet flower of the series
Sazanka is the newest Rojoh-Hana-Ari expression, released in April 2025. It is made with Hyogo Kitanishiki and the brewery’s Chinjutenzan ultra-soft spring water. Its flower name refers to the camellia sasanqua, which blooms through the colder season.
How it tastes

Softly full and gently rounded, with a quiet finish. The shape remains composed enough for warm service as well as chilled pouring.
The gentle roundness and quiet finish stay consistent in character throughout.
Tamba, Hyogo — water, flowers and food
Nishiyama Shuzo was founded in Tamba, Hyogo in 1849. The KOTSUZUMI range draws on the brewery’s Chinjutenzan ultra-soft spring water, from everyday Junmai to the flower-named Rojoh-Hana-Ari series.
