A three-year, low-temperature-matured Junmai-Daiginjo with a silky texture and a clear finish.

A polished Junmai-Daiginjo for the international stage
KISS of FIRE is a Junmai-Daiginjo from Kano Shuzo in Kaga, Ishikawa, developed for the international market. Yamada Nishiki is polished to 50%, then matured for three years at low temperature. It is not a Yamahai sake; instead, it brings a layered, polished and matured Junmai-Daiginjo style.
How it tastes

Elegant apple-like Ginjo aroma meets mellow maturity, a round silky texture, gentle floral sweetness and clean acidity. The body is firm, while the finish remains clear and composed.
The apple-like Ginjo aroma stays lifted against the mellow maturity, while the silky texture and clean acidity remain in balance throughout.
