Vivid aroma and lucid sweetness — the HANEYA signature.

Four-season brewing, one clear centre
Kirabi is HANEYA’s signature Junmai Ginjo. Four-season brewing allows the team to work in smaller, closely controlled batches, while nakagumi selection focuses on the clearest middle portion of the pressing. Toyama Gohyakumangoku and mountain water form its precise core.
How it tastes

An expressive fruit-and-floral aroma leads into a sparkling impression of sweetness. Fine acidity and gentle umami keep the character clear, followed by a polished, lingering finish.
Keep refrigerated. Its aroma and clarity remain well defined.
Toyama, since 1916
Fumigiku Brewery was founded in Toyama in 1916. HANEYA is made with water from the Joganji River system and Toyama-grown rice, with every batch handled at the same level of care the brewery applies to daiginjo. Small-lot brewing and close control of each stage define the house style.
Every HANEYA sake receives daiginjo-level care.Fumigiku Brewery — brewing principle
