The product combines Nara-plum umeshu with a whisky blending component and a shochu-style base structure, creating a distinctive profile at 25% ABV. Its character balances plum brightness with a gentle smoky depth and a soft, rounded finish that remains approachable despite its higher strength. With a 720 ml format, it is designed for bar-side versatility as a drink in its own right, as a rock-and-sip aperitif, or as a cocktail component when a richer Japanese liqueur element is needed.

Culinary affinity: Its combination of plum, light sweetness, and whisky notes works well with rich but not overly spicy dishes, including grilled fish, roast duck, char-grilled chicken, lightly cured meats, and creamy desserts.
