When distilled, the clear raw liquor changes color to amber due to the barrel storage method, resulting in a rounded, fragrant awamori. This limited edition awamori has a sweet, gentle flavor similar to brandy due to the long-term aging and storage in oak barrels. In addition, the wrapped bottle and cork-like label make it a great gift.
