ICHI UMESHU is a 13% ABV Japanese plum liqueur from Kishu Honjo Umeyoshi (株式会社紀州本庄うめよし) in Minabe, Wakayama. Made as part of the “Umeyoshi 5” line, it is crafted by fermenting fully ripe Nanko Ume and Tsuyu-Akane (a rare plum hybrid) with Okinawa Ryukyu awamori and sugar. The result is a naturally pink, clean, lightly fruity liqueur with balanced sweetness, bright plum aroma, and a crisp, easy finish that does not overwhelm food.

Culinary affinity: Best served as a versatile table liqueur with grilled chicken, roast pork, lightly seasoned Japanese or Thai cuisine, and dessert pairings. Its manageable body and restrained sweetness make it effective in rock serve, soda-based combinations, or gentle hot/cocktail adaptations.

ICHI UMESHU เป็นอุเมชู 13% ABV จากโรงกลั่น「คิสึโอะ โฮงโจ อูเมะโยชิ」ที่เมืองมินาเบะ จังหวัดวากายามะ ผลิตในแนวทางชุด “Umeyoshi 5” โดยนำ梅梅สุกเต็มต้นของนังกะ (南高梅) และ露茜（Tsuyu-Akane, พันธุ์ลูกผสมหายาก）มาหมักร่วมกับอาวามอรีแนวโอกินาว่าและน้ำตาล ทำให้ได้อุเมชูสีชมพูธรรมชาติที่สะอาด หอมผลไม้อ่อนๆ และจบรสสดใส ไม่กลบรสอาหาร

ความเข้ากันของอาหาร: ควรจับคู่กับไก่ย่าง หมูย่าง สไตล์อาหารญี่ปุ่นหรือไทยที่รสไม่รุนแรง และของหวาน โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเสิร์ฟแบบสตรีคหรือโซด่า เพราะความหวานสมดุลทำให้ใช้ได้ทั้งอาหารจานหลักและของหวานได้สบาย
