The flagship Seven Treasures expression is a special blend made from early-green ume, fully ripened ume, and over 20-year-aged ume base, then refined with a brandy-spirit structure. At 20% ABV, it is notably richer and more resilient than standard umeshu, with a naturally layered character of bright plum notes, caramel warmth, and long, polished sweetness. This style can sit both as a high-end aperitif and as a focused sipping spirit in a tropical bar context.
