Riesling 2022 shows citrus, green apple, and typical petrol notes. Vibrant acidity, mineral length—ideal with seafood or white meats.

DOMAINE DECELLE & FILS Chorey-Les-Beaune Les Champs Pietants Blanc 2022

Cultivates 8 hectares organically across top appellations. Their "Les Champiétans" Chardonnay showcases elegant, aromatic wines with notes of pear, hawthorn, and almond, reflecting expressive terroir.

DOMAINE LE SANG DES CAILLOUX Lopy 2021

Made from 85 year-old vines, it’s massively powerful, dark and complex with balanced fruit and ripe tannins. It exhibits notes of cloves and cinnamon bark with a distinct smokey undertone.

BRUNO DANGIN Prestige de Constance Extra-Brut 2020

It has a delightful mouthfeel. It’s precise – vinified without sulphur – quite generous and with some weight.

DOMAINE LE SANG DES CAILLOUX Azalais 2021

Named after one of his daughters, Azalaïs. His wines have everything about the Rhône – wild and chewy with great notes of leather, spicy garrigue, and smoky, black fruit.

BRUNO DANGIN Cuvee Rose Brut 2020

Revealing a vibrant pink colour, it opens up with notes of sweet bramble berries, morello cherries and a whiff of brioche. A delicious rosé that has character but remains fresh and chiselled.

A very distinctive dry white even within the Southern Rhone context with rooty, stemmy, celery aromas. Quite an oily palate with ample body and supple acidity.

It has the palate of a natural wine, with an elegant power, a dark mousse, not extremely powerful, and a slightly reluctant attack on fruity notes.

Iris, violet & dark berries. Full-bodied, satiny, with youthful tannins and long mineral finish; elegance to unfold with age.

From the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy, is crafted from Chardonnay. It reveals ripe fruit richness balanced by a refined minerality, offering elegance, depth, and a supple, lingering finish.
