Place and brewing

Soft water and sake-brewery control create an unusually calm pale ale.

Kishigawa spring water from the Kōya mountain system is also used for KID sake. The recipe keeps to malt and hops, allowing water texture and controlled fermentation to remain clear.

Fresh hops, flowers and citrus over gentle malt.

Malt supports browned flavours while the finish clears the palate.

American food

A classic pale-ale context for burgers and roasted flavours.

Japanese-Western menus

Soft water and restrained bitterness leave room for delicate seasoning.
