HEIWA CRAFT IPA is a Japanese craft beer from Heiwa Shuzo’s Heiwa Craft line, brewed in Wakayama with a classic but robust American-style Indian Pale Ale profile. At 6.0% ABV and 330ml, it balances a rich malt base with strong hop presence, delivering layered citrus and tropical fruit aromatics, while keeping a clean finish suitable for table use. Heiwa Shuzo applies Japanese sake-brewing fermentation discipline to create a cleaner, sessionable IPA that is expressive without becoming overly harsh.

Culinary affinity: Its aromatic hop character and moderate bitterness pair well with grilled and seared proteins, especially grilled seafood, chicken, and fatty cuts with savory glazes, as well as Thai-style dishes featuring spices and citrus. It is also a strong partner for modern dishes where bitterness can cut through oil or starch and refresh the palate.
