HAKKAISAN Rice Shochu Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi

Hakkaisan Honkaku Kome Shochu Kikoji Sandanshikomi Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi is a honkaku rice shochu from Hakkaisan Brewery. It is built on a sake-derived method: yellow koji, sake yeast, three-stage fermentative build, sake lees addition, and vacuum distillation. After at least 2 years of resting, this 25% ABV rice shochu shows a clear, smooth texture, subtle ginjo-like rice aroma, and a clean finish that keeps the profile controlled and approachable.

Culinary affinity: The gentle floral-rice character and mild sweet umami profile pair well with grilled seafood, fish and shellfish preparations, roasted poultry, light Thai dishes, and desserts with subtle sweetness. It is also suitable as a soft, elegant entry for simple cocktails and rice-forward dishes.

ความเข้ากันของอาหาร: กลิ่นหอมดอกไม้และข้าวที่ละเอียดอ่อน ผสมกับความนุ่มเนียนเหมาะกับอาหารทะเลย่าง/นึ่ง ปลานุ่ม ๆ และอาหารคาวที่ไม่เข้มข้น ค่อย ๆ เข้ากับไก่อบ อาหารไทยรสกลม และของหวานที่รสหวานละเอียด
