KODAKARA MANGO is a low-strength Japanese fruit liqueur made by Kodakara (Tatehori-style family lineage) with an 8.0% ABV and a rich, dense mango profile built around Alphonso mango juice. Its rounded sweetness and smooth texture make it a dessert-first liqueur rather than a high-heat spirit, ideal as an after-dinner drink and as a sweet counterpoint in coffee- or cream-led cocktails. The current release is presented as BAR Yoko Mango (re-launched from the former KODAKARA Mango), while preserving the core 8.0% character in 720ml and 1800ml formats.

Culinary affinity: Best paired with dessert-focused settings: mango tart, panna cotta, ice cream, yogurt-based desserts, and chocolate-forward sweets. It also works in light cocktails with coconut milk, cream, citrus zest, or sparkling water in soft dilution.
