YOKO Yogurt

YOKO YOGURT is a premium Japanese yogurt liqueur from Tatenokawa Sake Brewery (Yamagata), blending Jersey yogurt with pure sake from their pure sake Daiginjo base. At 6% ABV and 720ml, it is rich, creamy, and dessert-forward, with a naturally smooth texture from high yogurt content and a soft, elegant finish. The profile is approachable for low-alcohol preferences while still delivering a premium handcrafted liqueur character, suitable for sipping, chilled serving, or as a base for dessert-style cocktails.

Culinary affinity: Its thick yogurt body and mild sweetness pair exceptionally well with cheesecake, tiramisu, fresh fruits, custard-based desserts, and creamy confectionary. It also works with light sweets-forward pairing menus and post-meal moments after rich Japanese, seafood, or grilled dishes where a smooth, non-dominant alcoholic finish is desired.

YOKO YOGURT เป็นลิกิวอร์โยเกิร์ตพรีเมียมจากโรงงานเบียร์แทตาโดรหรือสุราแทตาโนคาวะ จังหวัดยามากาตะ ที่ผสมโยเกิร์ตสายพันธุ์เจอร์ซีย์กับสุราญี่ปุ่นเดิมสาย “จิชูโคเดกิงโจ” ให้ได้โปรไฟล์ความหวานมันแบบขนมหวาน โดยมีแอลกอฮอล์ 6% ขนาด 720ml กลิ่นรสเนียนนุ่มและเข้ากับการเสิร์ฟจิบช้า ๆ ได้ดี เหมาะทั้งจิบตรง รสหวานครีมมี่ หรือใช้ทำค็อกเทลแนวเดซิร์ต

ความเข้ากันของอาหาร: รสเข้มข้นแบบโยเกิร์ตและเนื้อสัมผัสครีมมี่เหมาะกับชีสเค้ก เชฟฟ์ชเค้ก ซอร์เบต์ และขนมครีมทุกแบบได้ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะจานจบอาหารหรืออาหารทะเลและอาหารรสเข้มที่ต้องการความนุ่มเพื่อลดคมของรสชาติได้
