KODAKARA LA FRANCE is a premium Japanese fruit liqueur from Kodakara at Tate no Kawa Distillery, made at 8.0% ABV with a very high level of Yamagata pear essence (around 48% pear juice base). It is a rich, thick, juicy liqueur with a smooth, dessert-like texture and clean fruit-forward finish. The profile is best for slow sipping, elegant pairing, and cocktail work where fruit body and texture matter as much as sweetness.
Culinary affinity: It works especially well with dessert-driven menus: crème brûlée, baked tart, panna cotta, mascarpone or cream-based sweets, and lightly sweetened coffee pairings. It also suits sparkling pairings and fruit-forward cocktail variations where a dense, mellow liqueur body is needed.
