COOL MINT GREEN is a mint-forward aromatic shochu from Kokubu Shuzo in Kagoshima, made with white kōji and sweet potato using low-pressure distillation. Its clean style delivers a crisp, cool mint profile with a smooth, easy-drinking finish at 26% ABV. The expression is designed as a bright, versatile option for direct sipping, sparkling water dilution, and light cocktail use where mint should remain crisp, not sweet or heavy.

Culinary affinity: Best with fresh sushi, grilled fish, grilled poultry, herb-forward Thai salads, lightly seasoned seafood, and mildly sweet desserts. It also works well in highball-style service, especially with soda or still still water to preserve the mint lift.
