TSURUUME UME KANJUKU NIGORI is a 10% ABV sake-based ume liqueur from Heiwa Shuzo (Peace Sake Brewing Co., Wakayama), with a creamy nigori texture made from the Koji Tsuru-Ume foundation enhanced by Nankō ume paste and Wakayama peach paste. This is one of the most distinctive lines in the Tsuru-Ume portfolio, offering soft body, rich plum-fruit presence, and a rounded finish with gentle honey and citrus notes carried through an light-bodied structure.
Culinary affinity: Its velvety texture and balanced sweet-sour profile make it suitable for dessert pairings, nut or chocolate-forward courses, grilled meats, and aromatic Thai dishes with moderate spice. It is also effective as a cocktail ingredient in light spritzes or soft highball-style formats and as a late-meal apéritif digestif.
