TSURUUME UME KANJUKU is a 10% ABV sake-based ume liqueur from Heiwa Shuzo (Peace Sake Brewing Co., Wakayama). This clear-style Tsuruume Kanjuku uses tree-ripened, naturally fallen Kishu Nankō ume (also known as “fully ripened ume” processing) and blends them into a Japanese sake plus neutral alcohol base to create a smooth, velvety profile with layered plum fruit character and a controlled sweet-sour balance. Its structure is clean and easy to serve, while still carrying a premium, rounded texture and subtle ume umami.

Culinary affinity: Best suited as a dessert wine alternative, an after-meal digestif, or a versatile highball/spritz base. It pairs especially well with dark chocolate, rich desserts, lightly grilled poultry, mild Thai curries, soy-based dishes, and nut-forward or creamy finishes.
