Baird Angry Boy Brown Ale is a full-flavoured brown ale from Baird Brewing Company in Shuzenji, Shizuoka. At 7.0% ABV in a 330 ml format, it combines caramel and chocolate malts with whole-flower hops. A brief wave of malt sweetness and warmth gives way to layered roasted flavour, firm bitterness and a dry, energetic edge.
