SABUROMARU SAB. NIGHT BLACK is a 46% ABV blended whisky from Wakatsuru Shuzo’s Saburomaru Distillery in Toyama. It combines peated malt whiskies from Islay, the Highlands, and Toyama with grain whisky. Bottled at 700 ml, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring, it has a smoke-forward yet rounded profile suited to highball, neat, or on-the-rocks service.
Culinary affinity: Its firm but polished smoke complements grilled seafood, smoked meat, roast chicken, mushrooms, caramelised nuts, and Asian dishes with spice or char. It also works with aged cheese and coffee- or cocoa-based desserts.

NIGHT BLACK เป็นเบลนด์วิสกี้ 46% ABV จากโรงกลั่น Saburomaru ของ Wakatsuru Shuzo จังหวัดโทยามะ ผสมมอลต์วิสกี้พีทจากไอลา ไฮแลนด์ และโทยามะเข้ากับเกรนวิสกี้ บรรจุขนาด 700 มล. โดยไม่ผ่านการกรองเย็นและไม่เติมสี ให้กลิ่นควันเด่นแต่มีเนื้อสัมผัสกลม เหมาะกับไฮบอล การเสิร์ฟแบบเพียว หรือออนเดอะร็อกส์
ความเข้ากันของอาหาร: กลิ่นควันที่ชัดแต่ขัดเกลาเข้ากับอาหารทะเลย่าง เนื้อรมควัน ไก่อบ เห็ด ถั่วเคลือบคาราเมล และอาหารเอเชียที่มีเครื่องเทศหรือกลิ่นย่างเกรียม นอกจากนี้ยังเข้ากับชีสบ่มและของหวานที่มีกาแฟหรือโกโก้
