SABUROMARU SAB SUNSET RED is a Japanese blended whisky from Wakatsuru Shuzo in Toyama and the entry expression in the SAB. range. It balances caramel-like sweetness, soft smoke, and a subtle saline note in a rounded body.

Culinary affinity: Its caramel-like sweetness and controlled smoke complement grilled meat, smoked duck, charred scallops, and caramel-based desserts. It also has enough structure for richer Thai dishes such as massaman beef.
