KANEGASAKI Crème de Cassis KUBO is a premium Japanese creme de cassis from K.S.P. (Kanegasaki Yakusou Shuzou) in Ninohe/Nikko? Wait location: Iwate’s Kanegasaki area. Made from a high-extract maceration process using fresh and semi-dried blackcurrant plus blackcurrant juice, it is a 20% ABV, 500ml liqueur designed as a bartender-driven cocktail ingredient. It is additive-free in terms of flavoring and color, using beet sugar for sweetness, with a dense, full-bodied berry structure and subtle green-herb undertones that make it highly distinctive for modern mixology.

Culinary affinity: Best used in cassis orange, cassis tea, or soda-based high-touch cocktails, and pairs well with duck, smoked meats, soft cheese, rich desserts, and lightly herbaceous Thai dishes where bright berry fruit can round a savory profile.
