Hakkaisan Honkaku Kasutori Shochu Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi is the flagship sake-kasu shochu expression from Hakkaisan Brewery, made in Niigata, Japan. It is produced from premium sake lees derived from Hakkaisan’s honjozo-class sake, distilled by vacuum method, and aged for 3+ years to deliver a balanced combination of aromatic depth and clean texture. This 40% bottling is the only dedicated 40% sake-kasu version under the Yoroshiku family in this format, and it is distinguished by its long-cask maturity and ceremony-grade positioning.
Culinary affinity: Its lychee and pear-like fragrant profile, earthy undertones, and long creamy finish pair well with shellfish (oysters, scallops, crab, lobster), white-fish and shellfish-forward preparations, duck and roasted poultry, cheese and charcuterie, and Thai dishes with herbs and moderate heat such as Pla Ra Lat and Gai Yang.
