TATENOKAWA Seiryu, also known as Stream, is a Junmai-Daiginjo from Tatenokawa, the Yamagata brewery dedicated entirely to Junmai-Daiginjo sake. Brewed with Yamagata Dewa Sansan polished to 50%, Seiryu is designed as a clear and approachable expression of the brewery’s style. It shows gentle fruit aromatics, soft rice sweetness, light body, and a clean finish.

Culinary affinity: The light body, subtle fruit, and clean acidity complement sashimi, white fish, steamed seafood, tofu, vegetable tempura, fresh cheese, and Thai dishes with lemongrass, lime, or gentle herbal notes.

ความเข้ากันของอาหาร: body ที่เบา โทนผลไม้อ่อน และ acidity สะอาดเข้ากันได้ดีกับซาชิมิ ปลาขาว อาหารทะเลนึ่ง เต้าหู้ เทมปุระผัก ชีสสด และอาหารไทยที่มีตะไคร้ มะนาว หรือกลิ่นสมุนไพรอ่อน ๆ
