SAKURAO Single Malt is a Japanese single malt from SAKURAO Brewery & Distillery in Hiroshima, aged on the Seto Inland Sea coast where maritime influence shapes its character. Positioned as an accessible entry for guests to experience Japanese single malt terroir, it combines dark-fruit sweetness, gentle smoke, and a faint briny tone with mizunara oak elements in a 43% ABV expression with NAS minimum three years.

Culinary affinity: Its sea-influenced profile pairs naturally with grilled seafood (especially oysters), smoked duck, and rich grilled proteins such as wagyu or yakitori. The soft smoke and fruit sweetness also work with Tom Yam seafood, while dark chocolate with sea salt highlights its slightly savory finish.
