Red meat or any type of cheese. Japanese cuisine: duck roast, yakitori with tare, beef tataki and mushroom sukiyaki. Thai cuisine: charcoal-grilled pork or chicken, a mild duck curry, mushroom stir-fry and a light Massaman curry.
