Taste
A light but very expressive Burgundy.
Pairing
Fish or white meat, avoiding overly spicy sauces or seasoning, or with mild goat cheeses. Japanese cuisine: duck roast, yakitori with tare, beef tataki and mushroom sukiyaki. Thai cuisine: charcoal-grilled pork or chicken, a mild duck curry, mushroom stir-fry and a light Massaman curry.
Vinification
Produced exclusively in the vintage 2021 due to extremely low production, this Bourgogne is made from the terroirs of Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise "La Fortune" and "La Digoine", Mercurey "Les Montots" and "Santenay" Rouge 1er Cru Passetemps.”
