KANEGASAKI Creme de Framboise is a Japanese raspberry liqueur from K.S.P. (Kanegasaki Yakusou Shuzou) in Iwate, Japan. Crafted from a distilled spirit base with apple and raspberry at the core, it blends Japanese raspberries sourced from the producer’s own fruit program with beet sugar for a vivid, bright-fruit profile. At 19% ABV and 500ml, it offers a smooth, clean fruit-forward style with fresh berry aroma, balanced sweetness, and a soft finish suitable for aperitif use, fruit-forward cocktails, and dessert pairings.

Culinary affinity: It pairs well with fruit tarts, soft cheese, pâté-style starters, lightly grilled meats, and cacao-rich desserts where its berry sweetness can support without dominating.
