七賢 杜ノ奏
Super luxurious sparkling sake, which goes through a secondary fermentation in the bottle just like champagne, is aged in Suntory Hakushu Whiskey barrels.
The Brewery that makes this sake sparkling is located in the Hakushu district of Yamanashi Prefecture, just like Suntory’s Hakushu whisky. The water used is also the same, so there is no reason for the two to be incompatible.
Shichiken has an outstanding reputation for sparkling sake, but this Mori no Kanade has a very rich and complex taste, which is also the result of the whisky barrel aging process.
I would like to suggest that everyone stop the champagne for once and try this sparkling sake. (Mr. Bacchus)
