Taste
Flavors of fig, raspberries, clove, black pepper, red cherry, black cherry, leather, cedar, violet. Really enjoyable!
Pairing
Red meats, orange duck, stew of wild boar, grilled. Japanese cuisine: Wagyu yakiniku, lamb, duck roast and miso-glazed pork. Thai cuisine: lamb or beef Massaman curry, mu yang, gai yang and smoky Isaan-style grilled meats.
