Aromas of crunchy fresh fruits: cherry, raspberry, blackberry, violet and forest.
Taste
Black and blueberry fruit, both juicy and crunchy, notes of green pepper and fresh humus which add to its complexity. Velvety tannins.
Pairing
Slow cooked stews, lightly spiced dishes, roast poultry, duck, cheeses (St Nectaire) and chocolate or coffee desserts. Japanese cuisine: lean Wagyu steak, lightly sweetened sukiyaki, beef shigureni and duck roast. Thai cuisine: mild Massaman beef curry, mu yang, braised beef and dishes with a rich demi-glace-style sauce.
