HEIWA CRAFT IPA
平和クラフト I・P・A
Citrus and tropical fruit, a fuller malt centre and clean bitterness. An IPA built with 1.5 times the malt and twice the hops of the brewery’s pale ale.
A sake brewery’s control applied to a fuller American-style IPA.
Heiwa Shuzou combines Kishigawa soft water with a larger malt and hop charge. Hop varieties and yeast are not publicly specified; the defining character is the balance between depth and a clean finish.
1.5× malt
A fuller malt body keeps the bitterness from becoming one-dimensional.
2× hops
Citrus, tropical fruit and pine appear without an aggressively resinous finish.
Fermentation discipline
Sake-brewing experience supports a clear, controlled finish.
Fuller than the pale ale, yet still clean through the finish.

Lemon, grapefruit and pineapple lead. Caramel-like malt fills the middle, followed by firm but rounded bitterness and a restrained pine note.
Deep orange with a dense white head.
Lemon, grapefruit, pineapple and warm caramel malt.
Full malt body meets firm, clean bitterness.
A restrained pine note and a crisp exit.
Enough structure for richer seasoning, without losing the next bite.
Its malt-and-hop balance suits richly seasoned food, spice and grilled flavours. It has more body than the pale ale but avoids the weight of a very high-alcohol IPA.
Spiced dishes
Citrus lift and bitterness reset the palate while malt softens heat.
Glazed grilled meat
Caramel malt connects with char and glaze.
Rich Western dishes
The fuller body can stand beside roast and sauce without becoming heavy.
Temperature control protects both hop aroma and a clean finish.
