SHICHIDA Junmai Ginjo is a core Junmai-Ginjo expression of the limited-distribution Shichida brand from Tenzan Sake Brewery in Ogi, Saga. Brewed with Yamada Nishiki and Saga no Hana rice polished to 55%, it combines a white-peach-like aroma with gentle sweetness, moderate acidity, and a lingering rice-derived finish. The sake reflects Shichida's food-oriented philosophy: modern sake that remains useful across sushi, grilled dishes, tempura, and contemporary dining.

Culinary affinity: The white peach aroma, gentle acidity, and clean umami complement sushi, sashimi, grilled fish, lightly fried dishes, chicken, and Thai preparations with herbs, citrus, or moderate spice.
