KOTSUZUMI Hana
A long-standing, dry-leaning Junmai with ultra-soft water at its core.

A familiar table Junmai
KOTSUZUMI Hana has been enjoyed locally for more than three decades. Made with the brewery’s Chinjutenzan ultra-soft spring water, it is a dry-leaning Junmai designed to remain comfortable through a wide range of food.
How it tastes

Soft and round in texture, with a clean, unshowy line. It is particularly associated with gentle warm service.
The round, unshowy texture stays consistent, with a clean line on the finish.
