LAODI PAKSONG Spiced Rhum

LAODI PAKSONG SPICED RHUM is a 45% ABV, 750 ml Laotian rum made by macerating whole spices in LAODI’s pure sugarcane distillate. Ginger, black pepper, and cardamom from the Paksong area give it a dry, savoury profile. Ginger leads the aroma, black pepper lifts the palate, and cardamom rounds a warm, medium-long finish without masking the sugarcane base.

Culinary affinity: Its ginger, black pepper, and cardamom complement grilled fish, roast chicken, laab, herb-led salads, and chargrilled Thai or Isaan dishes. It can be served with soda, dry ginger ale, or warm water, keeping added sweetness low so the spice remains distinct.
