PURE FOLIE Liqueur
Loire-grown strawberries and Saumur Chenin meet mint, ginger and spice in a 31% liqueur built for more than sweetness alone.
Strawberry liqueur
Layering herbs and spice over strawberry and Chenin
Its character comes from the way the principal ingredients are handled. Two choices are central to the result.
Loire strawberry with Saumur Chenin
White-wine acidity and mineral tension give the concentrated fruit a more structured base.
Adding mint, ginger and spice
Cooling, warming and lightly bitter notes give the strawberry greater depth.
A 31% frame that holds the fruit
The strength and spice preserve the strawberry’s definition when the liqueur is mixed.
Ripe strawberry, mint, black pepper and gentle bitterness

Ripe strawberry and honeyed notes meet cool mint and black-pepper spice before a lightly bitter, lingering finish.
Four directions guided by ripe strawberry, mint and black pepper
PURE FOLIE Liqueur moves from honeyed, ripe strawberry sweetness into cool mint and black-pepper spice, closing on a lightly bitter, lingering finish. The combinations below are not official pairings presented by the producer, but readings drawn from the recorded taste characteristics.
Cooling herbs such as mint are said to align through shared aromatics, and black pepper’s gentle bitterness is a classic counterpoint that tightens richer dishes. Built on the acidity and mineral tension of Saumur Chenin, PURE FOLIE Liqueur draws on both mechanisms, meeting fruit desserts as well as dishes suited to white wine.
